Who is SWUIC ECO
SWUIC ECO Group represents youth engagement in sustainability, bringing together young people who have studied various disciplines related to sustainability, ecotourism, and wildlife conservation management to actively contribute to environmental and community-based initiatives. The group also showcases the activities of current students and alumni, both Thai and international, from the Sustainable Hospitality and Tourism Management program at the International College for Sustainability Studies (SWUIC). These members are actively involved in conservation projects, ecotourism development, and sustainability management practices. Through fieldwork, community outreach, and collaborative initiatives, they contribute to real-world solutions that promote environmental stewardship and sustainable development.
Core Value
To given the condition of our planet, progress can no longer happen at the current snail pace. In joining with Conservation Optimism and its partnership we hope to widen the, once unreachable, network of like-minded, positive and proactive individuals for younger conservationists to be inspired by and collaborate with. In a global community, we can share our experiences and ideas, whilst gaining broader knowledge from the wisdom of those that have gone before us. Together we can utilize the power of a network to implement best conservation practices on all levels and create a more positive future for wildlife and people. This communication channel was created for sharing news, events job opportunities, internships among current students and alumni related the sustainability and wildlife conservation in order to create a network of ecotourism students who joined classes and all activities during there were SWUIC students.
