Facing human-elephant conflict, we implemented a community-led safari model focusing on farmer-guide training. This outcome led to a 40% increased local income and habitat preservation.

Addressing tourism-related waste, we piloted zero-waste supply chain frameworks. This intervention achieved a 65% reduction in non-recyclable litter during pilot events.
